These terms explain how Kemi’s Trusted Referral Circle works, who may participate and how referral savings and rewards are managed. By joining the Circle and using your personal referral link, you agree to follow these terms.

The Circle is open to approved doulas, birthkeepers and other selected independent birthworkers whose work aligns with Kemi’s commitment to informed choice, physiological birth and courageous support for women and families.

Every application is reviewed personally. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, and participation is at Kemi’s discretion. Registered healthcare professionals are not eligible to receive referral rewards through the Circle.

Once approved, you will receive a personal tracked referral link to share with suitable women. The link is issued to you and must not be sold, altered or presented as belonging to another person.

The client must use your link before registering or booking so that the referral can be tracked correctly. A referral link cannot be applied retrospectively after a booking or payment has been made.

A qualifying referral is a new client who uses your personal referral link before registering or booking and completes a fully paid Decision Session, Strategy Session or Birth Reflections session.

Cancelled, refunded, disputed or unpaid sessions do not qualify. Self-referrals, duplicate claims and bookings made before the referral link was used are also excluded.

For each qualifying referral:

Decision Session - the client saves £5 and you receive approximately £10.

Strategy Session - the client saves £7.50 and you receive approximately £15.

Birth Reflections - the client saves £10 and you receive approximately £20.

Referral rewards are calculated as a percentage of the amount paid by the client. The figures shown above are estimates, so the final reward may vary slightly.

Only one referral reward is available for each qualifying booking. Referral savings cannot be combined with another discount unless Kemi has agreed to this in writing.

A referral reward becomes payable only after the qualifying session has taken place and the client’s payment has been received in full.

Confirmed rewards are paid monthly using the payment details supplied by the Circle member. If a booking is cancelled, refunded, disputed or subject to a payment reversal, no reward will be payable.

Circle members are responsible for declaring and paying any tax that may apply to the rewards they receive.

Your referral link should be shared thoughtfully with women whom you genuinely believe may benefit from Kemi’s one-to-one support.

Referral links must not be promoted through discount or coupon websites, spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading advertising. You must not make promises about outcomes, misrepresent Kemi’s services or pressure anyone to book.

Please do not share a woman’s personal, medical or private information without her explicit consent.

Participation in the Circle does not create an employment, agency, partnership or representative relationship between you and Kemi.

You may not enter into agreements, make guarantees or accept payments on Kemi’s behalf. Participation does not guarantee referrals, bookings, rewards or any particular level of income.

Kemi may suspend or deactivate a referral link, withhold unpaid rewards or remove a member from the Circle where there is evidence of fraud, misuse, misrepresentation, a breach of these terms or conduct that may harm Kemi’s clients, work or reputation.

You may leave the Circle at any time by emailing Kemi. Any valid rewards already earned will remain payable, provided all the requirements within these terms have been met.

Kemi may change the participating services, client savings, referral reward percentages, eligibility requirements or these terms when reasonably necessary.

Where practical, Circle members will be given reasonable notice of significant changes. Valid referral rewards earned before a change takes effect will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of the qualifying booking.

Personal information supplied by Circle members will be used to review applications, administer referral codes, verify qualifying bookings, communicate about the Circle and arrange reward payments.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and Kemi’s privacy policy.

Circle members must not send Kemi a woman’s medical records or other sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and the woman has given her explicit consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
